Terms of Service
General Terms
- My work will not be allowed to be used in any AI or NFT businesses.
-Any artwork I make that you receive in commission cannot be claimed as your own content
- I will take each commission request by a case by case basis however I refuse to do NSFW Artwork.
- I am allowed to decline any commission requests
- You may re-upload the finished artwork however it must include full credit given to me 'KKuwuu', by linking my Instagram account '@Kkuwuu'.Payment Terms
- I require a 50% payment upfront before starting the commission, then when it is completed I will receive the other 50% of the payment + any revision fee's
- I only accept payment in PayPal
- Both initial and final payments are expected to be received within 24 hours of a confirmed commission (Unless discussed otherwise).Revisions
- I allow 2 Major changes given to the sketch phase
- Revisions that I see as minor will not be charged extra fee's
- Large revisions after the sketch is completed and accepted will be an additional £15 for revision fee's,Work in Progress Shots
- I will try to provide WIPs at the most important stages (lineart, base colors etc) according to my availability, unless specified otherwise
The pipeline follows:
1. 50% of the payment is sent upfront
2. Sketch is sent for revisions
3. Fully finished artwork is sentIntellectual Property Rights
- I retain all rights to my illustrations and usage for samples and portfolio.
- Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.
- If you require a contract to be signed for commercial work or projects regarding usage, NDAs etc, it can be discussed and arranged from your end.Refunds
Refunds are only permitted when:
- I am unable to complete a commission within 3 Months from the date I start the commission from , this does not apply to PNG-Tubers since they require a longer time frame to complete (if you require it to be done in a shorter time frame that will be discussed before starting the commission and may include additional fee's)
- If I cancel a commission a full refund will be initiated
- Commission has not been started yet (There is no window for a refund once I have started on the commission/finalised the sketch.)
- PNG-Tubers after sketch is finalised and complete are not refundableCancelling a commission
- Commissions can be cancelled but they require a £10/$20 cancellation fee after the sketch is finalised
- PNG-Tuber's can not be cancelled once the sketch is finalised and complete.Communications
-Any major contract/NDA decisions will be done in email.
- If it does not require a contract depending on the clients preference I am able to communicate on email, Instagram or Discord to discuss any further inquiries.
How to Request a Commission
How to do it?
It's as simple as filling out a list of information and sending them my way!. Either by Email, Instagram or Discord. There are multiple ones to choose from depending on the type of commission you are requesting so take a good look to find the one that applies to you!. - Includes a 3000px PNG/JPEG file of the finished commission
- Can have multiple people in them (Up to 4 extra's)
- Can either be fullbody/halfbody/shoulder and up
- Depending on the complexity of the commission will determine the final pricing.Generally the commission will take up to 2 weeks to 3 months after the sketch is finalised. What's included in this packageBase Price: £40/$50This package only contains PNGS/JPEGS of your character I will not provide any animation or software. I suggest using free PNG-Tuber animation software such as Veadotube mini to bring your characters life!
- Only includes half-body PNG-Tubers
- Includes two free facial expressions on top of the standard facial expression (3 in total) with closed and opened eyes to all the expressions- Any accessories on top of the character will cost extra
- If the character is more complex it will cost extra
PNG-Tubers can not be cancelled once the sketch is finished and finalised!Generally the commission will take up to 2 weeks to 6 months after the sketch is finalised.
